Well, another story about how a city economics fail to classify Bed and Beakfasts as their own entities. Instead they choose to enforce blanket policies that leave Bed and Breakfast owners in the cold.

Pearson's Pond Bed and Breakfast in Juneau, Alaska is facing a potential 700% increase in water and wastewater bills, according to the city's plan to meter water use. Pearson's B&B is classified as a metered residential user. Other bed and breakfasts in the area are considering shutting down, as businesses can't handle the proposed increase.
